Refund Policy for 100, 200 and 300 Level Courses

PRIOR to the mid-term of a class, refunds will be issued to any student who notifies the instructor or the church office that he/she is withdrawing from the class. The amount retained by TMEC will be prorated based on:

(1) how many classes have occurred prior to withdrawal; and
(2) how much the student has already paid.

If this amount is less than the non-refundable deposit, the deposit will be retained. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

No refund will be issued to any student who withdraws from a class after mid-term.
