When did you
first get interested in New Thought/Religious Science?
I started to formally study Religious Science in about 1982. I was first
introduced to Religious Science through Terry Cole-Whittaker. I went
to the Valley of the Sun Church of Religious Science and became a Licensed

Dr. Lola Mayes in Mesa and eventually went through her Ministerial Seminary
and was ordained as a minister in 1992. I earned my Doctorate of Divinity
in 1999 and also obtained Ministerial Credentials from Emerson in 2005.
Who are some of your most significant teachers/mentors?
